These Terms comply with TikTok's Developer Agreement, API policies, and applicable laws in Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

  2. You may only use the Service if you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Thai law.
  3. By using this Service, you represent that you comply with all applicable laws, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and TikTok policies.

When you integrate your TikTok account or provide permissions, we access data such as:

  • Public profile information
  • TikTok analytics
  • User-generated content (e.g., videos, captions) if explicitly authorized by you.

Purpose of Data Use:

TikTok data is used for:

  • Generating insights for your business or marketing strategies.
  • Personalizing and improving the Service.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Selling TikTok data to third parties without consent.
  • Using TikTok data to infringe on user privacy or violate TikTok's policies.

Compliance with TikTok Policies:

We strictly adhere to TikTok's Developer Agreement and API Policy. Any misuse of TikTok data will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  2. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 6 months.
