    Track class, serial/registration, location, condition, meter and documents; separate available, reserved, out, inspection and repair states.

    Lock dates, daily/package price, discount, extension terms, deposit and renter documents before confirmation.

    Check the asset and accessories, capture condition evidence, name sender/receiver and start billing from the agreed event.

  4. 4. Return, damage and fee

    Compare return condition to handover, distinguish wear from damage, approve charges and reconcile deposit deductions/refunds.

    Create preventive/corrective work orders, reserve parts, record labour and block availability until inspection passes.
