Short answer for ERP buyers

1. Asset master and availability
Track class, serial/registration, location, condition, meter and documents; separate available, reserved, out, inspection and repair states.
2. Quote, reservation and contract
Lock dates, daily/package price, discount, extension terms, deposit and renter documents before confirmation.
3. Pick, delivery and handover
Check the asset and accessories, capture condition evidence, name sender/receiver and start billing from the agreed event.
4. Return, damage and fee
Compare return condition to handover, distinguish wear from damage, approve charges and reconcile deposit deductions/refunds.
