IoT & robotics development know before the line stops
We build the software that connects your sensors, cameras, machines, PLCs and robots, so your team sees live status, gets a LINE alert the moment something is off, catches defects and risks with AI cameras, and sends tasks to robots, all from one system.

Bottle fill check
AI working with IoT
Bottle fill checkSees every bottle on the line, checks it is filled to the mark, and alerts the moment one falls short. Operator activity trackingShows how many minutes each machine is really in use and when it sits idle, so you can plan staffing and measure line efficiency. Danger-zone alertsAlerts the moment someone steps into a restricted area or too close to a machine, helping prevent accidents and unauthorised entry. Safety-gear checkChecks that workers wear gloves and the required gear before they start, and keeps a record for safety audits.
Stock footage, not client work.

When your machines talk to your systems
The floor produces data every second. The problem is that it never reaches the people who decide.
Every line, from one place
Machines, control panels and robots show their status on a phone or an office screen, with no walking to the machine.
Fix it before it breaks
Vibration and heat trends warn you early, so maintenance is planned instead of a scramble after the line stops.
Know where the power goes
Energy per machine and per zone shows what is left running or drawing more than it should.
Less repeat manual work
Readings record themselves and cameras help count and check, so people spend their time on decisions.
The work the system takes off your hands
[ Today ]
Walking to the panel every time an alarm soundsWriting readings on paper, then typing them in againFinding out a machine failed after it stopped the lineScrolling through camera footage when stock or cash goes missing
[ With the system ]
- Every panel on your phone, with LINE alerts
- Readings saved automatically and ready to export as a report
- Vibration and heat trends warn you before the machine stops
- Odd transactions flagged, with the clip from that moment ready to watch
What IoT and AI can do on your floor
Use cases we build. Pick your industry; we adapt each one to the machines, cameras and robots you already have.
- [ AI camera ]
AI defect checks on the line
A camera sorts good parts from faulty ones on the conveyor and rejects them or calls a person, before a defect reaches a customer.
- [ Machines & robots ]
Machine status and OEE
See which machines are running, stopped or waiting, and why each one stopped, so the team knows where production time goes.
- [ Sensor ]
Predictive maintenance
Sensors track motor vibration and temperature and warn you to plan a repair before the machine stops mid-shift.
- [ AI camera ]
Count parts and check dimensions automatically
Cameras count and measure parts on the conveyor and log real output every shift, with no hand counting.
- [ Sensor ]
Short-loading at the dock
A load cell compares the real weight with the order; if they differ, a supervisor is told to check before the truck leaves.
- [ Sensor ]
Fuel-theft detection
A fuel-level sensor paired with GPS shows where and when fuel dropped abnormally, instead of guessing from receipts.
- [ Machines & robots ]
Robot and AGV dispatch
The system sends pick-up and drop-off tasks to robots or AGVs through the maker’s controller or API, and shows what each one is doing and where it is stuck.
- [ AI camera ]
Read labels and spot damaged boxes
Cameras at the receiving dock read barcodes and labels, and flag dented or torn boxes before they enter stock.
- [ AI camera ]
Cash and stock gaps at the POS
Odd transactions, such as frequent voids or a drawer opened with no sale, are flagged with the camera clip from that moment for review.
- [ AI camera ]
Counting people and shelf stock
Cameras count visitors and spot shelves running low, so you staff and restock in time for busy hours.
- [ Sensor ]
Cold-chain breaks
Temperature sensors in fridges and cold trucks alert you the moment a limit is crossed, and keep the history to prove product quality.
- [ AI camera ]
Long checkout queues
Cameras count the checkout queue and prompt staff to open another lane when it gets longer than you set.
- [ Sensor ]
Energy per machine and zone
Meters on each machine or zone show where and when power is used, and which machines are left running.
- [ AI camera ]
Safety gear and danger zones
Cameras check for helmets and hi-vis vests and alert you when someone enters a restricted zone, before an accident happens.
- [ AI camera ]
Licence-plate gate log
A gate camera reads plates and logs every vehicle in and out automatically, searchable later, with no logbook.
- [ Sensor ]
Water leaks and pump faults
Leak and pump sensors alert maintenance right away, before the plant room floods.
- [ Sensor ]
Irrigation by soil moisture
Soil-moisture sensors start the pump when the soil is dry and stop it when it has had enough, so you water only what is needed.
- [ Sensor ]
Greenhouse temperature and humidity
Alerts when the greenhouse gets too hot or humid, and switches fans or misting on by the rules you set.
- [ AI camera ]
Grade produce with AI cameras
Cameras sort fruit and vegetables by size, colour and blemishes before packing, so each grade meets spec.
- [ Machines & robots ]
Food production temperature logs
Automatic temperature logs for cooking, baking and chilling, ready as evidence for GMP or HACCP audits.
- [ Sensor ]
Medicine and vaccine fridges
Temperature sensors alert the moment a medicine or vaccine fridge leaves its range, and keep the history for audits.
- [ AI camera ]
Waiting-area crowding
Cameras count people in waiting areas to help you staff up at busy times, without storing faces.
- [ Machines & robots ]
Track carts and medical equipment
Tracking tags show which floor and room equipment or carts are on, so nobody has to search.
- [ Sensor ]
Clean rooms and labs
Pressure, particle and humidity readings for clean rooms, with alerts when out of range and records for reports.
Every software layer, from the floor to the screen
Pick only what your problem needs and add the rest later.
- [ Connect ]
Sensors and gateways
We read sensors, PLCs and machines over open standards such as MQTT or Modbus and send the data on securely.
- [ See ]
Live dashboard
Every point on one screen or on a plan of your site, with history by machine, zone and time.
- [ Detect ]
AI vision
Image classification and object detection models for your cameras, trained on images from your own floor and tested before launch.
- [ Notify ]
Alerts, reports and ERP
LINE or email alerts when a limit is crossed, Excel or PDF exports, and data sent into the ERP you already use.
- [ Act ]
Robot and automation links
Tasks sent to robots, AGVs and machines through their controller, PLC or the maker’s API, with status read back.
- [ On site ]
Edge computing
Processing on a box on site, so video stays inside the plant and the system keeps working when the internet drops.
Our part: the software layer
- Connecting sensors, cameras, machines, PLCs and robots into one system
- Dashboards, alerts, history, reports and ERP integration
- AI models for cameras, and sending tasks to robots through their controller, PLC or API
What stays with your maker or integrator
- We don’t make hardware or robots. We use the machines you have, or help you choose standard models
- We don’t program robot motion or change the control logic inside your PLCs
- We work alongside your system integrator so every part actually connects

LINE
Fire-alarm monitoring across a factory
A factory client (under NDA)
1 second
Status refresh from the alarm panel
Before
The factory’s fire-alarm control panel sits somewhere hard to reach. Every alarm meant someone had to get to the cabinet before it could be acknowledged. Nobody could see at a glance which building it came from, and there was no record of who did what and when.
What we built
A real-time web app connected directly to the PLC in the existing fire-alarm panel, over the factory’s own network, without changing the alarm system’s hardware or wiring.
- Every device’s status is refreshed from the panel every second
- Devices shown on the site map and building plans, so people see at once which building and zone an alarm came from
- LINE group alerts when an alarm starts and when it clears, plus a daily summary
- Every alarm and every action is recorded, searchable and exportable to Excel or PDF
- Five access levels decide who can watch, who can act and who can change settings
What changed
The people responsible see every fire-alarm device from a phone, tablet or PC without walking to the cabinet, and every event leaves a record they can check later. Monitoring is live.
The client’s name and screenshots stay private under the NDA.
Start small, prove it, then grow
Five steps. You see results at each one before deciding to continue.
- 01
Pick one problem
Start with what hurts most when you find out late, on one line or one area as a pilot.
[ For example ]A cold room drifts out of range at night and nobody knows until morning
- 02
Survey the floor
We look at the machines, cameras, robots and network you have, and how each can share its data.
[ For example ]The PLC in an existing panel can share data over the plant network
- 03
Try it for real
Connect only the points that matter, let the floor team use the dashboard and alerts, and tune until alerts reach the right person without crying wolf.
[ For example ]One dashboard page and alerts to the shift lead’s LINE group
- 04
Grow and connect your systems
Once it works, extend to other areas and add AI cameras, reports, ERP links or robot tasks.
[ For example ]Output counts flow into the ERP and tasks go to AGVs over an API
- 05
Hand over and look after it
We hand over the source code and manual and train the team who will run it. Your team runs it, or we do.
[ For example ]A troubleshooting manual and training for the maintenance team
Accounts, data and code in your name
Agreed in writing in the contract before work starts.
- Cloud and service accounts are opened in your name; you pay the providers directly
- Machine data is yours. We don’t use it anywhere else without your permission
- Source code made for your project is handed over after acceptance and payment as agreed
- A manual and team training, with no tie-in to keep us on
Questions before starting an IoT and robotics project
Short answers in plain words
Which devices and robots can you work with?
PLCs, sensors, IP cameras, gateways such as a Raspberry Pi or ESP32, and robots or AGVs that accept tasks through their controller, a PLC or the maker’s API. We have connected directly to a Mitsubishi PLC in a factory’s existing control panel. We survey and confirm how each model connects before work starts.
Do we need to replace old machines or our PLCs?
Usually not. We start by reading data from what you have; if a machine can’t share its data, an external sensor can often be added instead. We don’t make hardware, change the control program inside your PLCs or program robot motion. That stays with your system integrator, and we work with them.
What happens if the internet goes down?
We plan for it during the survey. Common options are to have the on-site gateway hold readings and send them when the connection returns, or to run the system on the plant’s own network, with an alert when a device stops reporting.
Are camera images and data secure, and what about PDPA?
Everyone signs in and can only see or do what their role allows, and important actions are recorded with who did what and when. Camera images contain personal data, so we agree with you what they are kept for, how long and who can view them, and processing can run on site so only events are kept. Cloud accounts are opened in your name.
Can AI vision run on site (at the edge)?
Yes. Models can run on a box on site, so video never leaves the plant and only events and snapshots are sent on. We choose the hardware for the number of cameras and the speed the job needs, and test on footage from your own floor before launch.
How is the cost worked out?
It depends on how many points and cameras to connect, which AI models you need, the screens and reports, and the systems or robots it links to. We estimate from the real scope after the survey; our pricing page explains how. Devices and monthly cloud costs are paid straight to the sellers and providers.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. Pick one line, one area or one problem and let the floor team use it for real. Once it proves itself, extend it; what we built grows with you, with no starting over.
