[ Data Mining ]

Data mining from the web and social media turned into customer lists and market data you can use today

We use browser automation to collect public data from LinkedIn, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, Google Maps and ordinary websites, and hand it to your team clean, de-duplicated and ready to use. Two services live on this page: Lead Generation finds prospects that fit your ideal customer for your sales team, and Web Scraping collects prices, stock and reviews from the web on a schedule.

  • Competitor prices, promotions and stock
  • Reviews and comments from marketplaces, Google Maps and social media
  • Job, property and product listings in the categories you follow
  • Delivered to Google Sheets, Excel, CSV, a database or an API, with LINE alerts

What the data looks like

Not a raw dump to clean up, but organised data your team can open and act on.

  • Prospects with a reasonEvery row has a contact channel, a score and why the company fits, so your salespeople know who to call first.
  • Competitor prices on a scheduleSee who changed their price and when, with an alert straight away, so your team can answer a promotion the same day.
  • Customer voice in one placeReviews and comments from several platforms in one table, so your product team sees what customers keep raising.
[ Before and after ]

Copy-paste work your team no longer does

The same data as before, but the system does the work every day and your team gets the time back for selling and deciding.

[ Before · by hand ]

  • Copying shop names and phone numbers from Google Maps into Excel, one at a time
  • Checking competitor prices on Shopee and Lazada by hand every morning
  • Scrolling Facebook groups for people looking to buy
  • Reading reviews page by page to summarise for the product team

[ After · already handled ]

  • Prospects with phone numbers and scores land in Google Sheets or your CRM every day
  • Competitor prices and stock are collected on a schedule, with a LINE alert when a price changes
  • Public posts that match your keywords are gathered into a list with links to the source
  • New reviews collected in one place, sorted by product and star rating
[ Use cases ]

Pick your goal

The jobs Thai businesses most often use web and social data for.

Prospect lists that fit, with contact details

Your sales team gets a list it can call straight away, ranked by likelihood to buy, instead of searching name by name.

Sources: Google Maps · LinkedIn · Facebook

  • B2B prospect lists from Google Maps and LinkedIn

Companies and decision-makers by industry, size, area and job title, with contact details.

  • Lead lists from public Facebook groups and pages

People asking for or talking about products like yours, gathered into a list with links to the original posts.

[ How it works ]

Four steps from your goal to data in your team’s hands

You tell us the goal. We handle the rest and keep the data coming.

  1. 01

Tell us the target and the fields

What data you want, from which sources and what it is for, such as restaurants in Bangkok for your sales team, or competitor prices for your pricing team.

    [ Example ]

    • Target: restaurants in Bangkok
    • Source: Google Maps
    • Fields: name · phone · review score
  2. 02

    We set up browser automation

A browser opens the pages and collects the data the way a person would, but on its own, on the schedule you choose. Nobody copies and pastes.

    [ Example ]

    • Runs: every day at 09:00
    • Sources: 3 websites
    • Status: running normally
  3. 03

    We clean, de-duplicate and score

Formats are made consistent, duplicates removed, missing details filled in, and prospects scored on real behaviour, not just form fills.

    [ Example ]

    • Duplicates: removed
    • Incomplete phone numbers: set aside for checking
    • Score: high · medium · low
  4. 04

Delivered to the tools your team uses

Data goes to Google Sheets, Excel, CSV, your CRM or an API, with a LINE alert when there is something the team needs to know.

    [ Example ]

    • Google Sheets · Excel · CSV
    • HubSpot · Mailchimp · Klaviyo
    • API · LINE alert
[ What you get ]

Not just scraped data, but data you can use

What turns collected data into work your team can act on.

  • [ Scheduled ]

    Collected on a schedule

Set it once and fresh data arrives every hour, day or week, with nobody copying and pasting.

  • [ Clean ]

    Clean, with no duplicates

Duplicates removed, names and phone numbers in one format, ready for your team to use.

  • [ Scored ]

    Scored on real behaviour

Prospects ranked by likelihood to buy, based on real behaviour and engagement, not just form fills.

  • [ Alerts ]

    Know the moment something changes

A competitor cuts a price, a product sells out or a new review lands, and your team gets a LINE alert.

  • [ Maintained ]

Site changed its layout? We adjust

Every run is checked for complete data. If a source site changes, you get an alert and we update the collector.

  • [ Measured ]

See which channel brings real customers

A dashboard shows conversion rate, cost per lead, lead quality score and return on spend.

[ Who does what ]

What we need from you, and what stays yours

No technical documents needed. A rough description on the first call is enough.

What we need from you

  • What data you want, from which sites or platforms, and what it is for
  • For lead generation: who buys from you most, their industry, size and area, and the decision-maker’s job title
  • How often you need it, such as every hour, day or week
  • The tools you already use, such as a CRM, Google Sheets, an email tool or ad accounts

Always yours

  • Every lead list and all the data are yours
  • Your data is not used to train AI unless you allow it in writing
  • AI and cloud accounts are opened in your name, and you pay the providers directly
  • No lock-in: your team can run it from the manual, or ask us to look after it
[ Legal & PDPA ]

Personal data, in plain words

  • We collect only publicly available data
  • We never break or get around logins or paywalls, and we do not collect private data
  • Each platform has its own terms of use; we help you check which sources fit before collection starts

We help you collect data from publicly available sources, but your company remains responsible for using personal data lawfully under Thailand’s PDPA, and no tool makes you compliant on its own.

We can set up technical controls, such as who sees which data. The legal basis and purpose for using it should be confirmed with your legal team or DPO.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before hiring a data mining service

Short answers in plain words

What is data mining, and how is it different from lead generation and web scraping?

On this page, data mining means collecting public data from the web and social media and turning it into data your business can use. It has two sub-services: Lead Generation turns the data into scored prospect lists for your sales team, and Web Scraping collects product, price, stock and review data on a schedule into a spreadsheet, a database or an API.

Which websites can you collect data from?

For example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Shopee, Lazada, Google Maps, Pantip and ordinary websites. We collect only publicly available data and check each source’s terms before we start, so we pick the sources that best serve your goal.

How often is the data updated?

As often as the job needs: for example every hour for competitor prices, every day for prospect lists or every week for research data. The more often it runs, the higher the server cost, so we help you pick a schedule that fits.

What happens if a source site changes its layout?

Every run checks that the data is complete. If a change stops collection, you get an alert straight away and we adjust the collector under the maintenance terms in your contract. Data already collected stays intact.

What format does the data come in?

Google Sheets, Excel, CSV or an API your systems can pull from, with LINE alerts when the team needs to know something, such as a competitor price change. Prospects can also come as a calling list.

Can it feed our CRM or the tools we already use?

Yes. Data can go into HubSpot, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, segmented by industry, role and engagement, or into Facebook Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads as custom audiences, with retargeting and lookalikes. If you have no system for tracking customers yet, we can also build a CRM around your sales process.

Is it legal, and what do we need to know about PDPA?

We collect only publicly available data, never break or get around logins or paywalls, and each platform has its own terms. How you use personal data remains your responsibility under the PDPA, and tools alone do not make you compliant. We can set up controls such as who sees what; confirm the legal basis and purpose with your legal team or DPO.

How is the cost decided?

It depends on the number of sources, how often data is collected, how many records you need and how much detail each one needs. Our pricing page explains how we charge, or book a free call and we will scope it from your goal.

Tell us what data you need

Describe the goal roughly. We will reply with which sources can work, what the data will look like and how to start.
