Get a fixed quoteHow much does custom software cost in Thailand?
Our answer is simple: ฿7,000 per man-day, flat — the same rate for every project and every role — with projects starting at ฿69,900. You get a fixed quote before the project starts, and the price only changes if the scope does. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices, no "contact us for pricing".
This page publishes our full rate card: what one man-day includes, how we estimate, and planning ranges for common project types. Use the scope breakdown—not the headline total—to compare proposals from different delivery models.
One flat rate: ฿7,000 per man-day
Every project, every role — no tiers, no seniority markup.
What is included
A man-day is one engineer working one full day. Every quote lists its man-day breakdown line by line.
Man-days × ฿7,000 — that's the whole formula
Three steps from first call to a locked price.
Free scoping call
We map your requirements into concrete deliverables — screens, integrations, reports, automations.
Man-day breakdown
Each deliverable gets a man-day estimate covering design, code, tests, project management, and deployment. You see the full line-by-line sheet.
Fixed quote before we start
Man-days × ฿7,000 = your price, locked before the project begins. It changes only when you change the scope.
“We publish our rate because it's what we'd want as a buyer: know the price before the sales call, not after. One flat rate keeps us honest — the man-day estimate becomes the only thing left to discuss.”
Typical project price ranges
Illustrative man-day arithmetic for common project types. These are planning ranges; your fixed quote follows scoping.
| Project type | Typical man-days | Price range (THB) |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page / corporate website | 10–15 | ฿70,000–105,000 |
| AI chatbot / LINE OA bot | 12–25 | ฿84,000–175,000 |
| Dashboard / BI reporting | 15–30 | ฿105,000–210,000 |
| AI agent / LLM application | 20–45 | ฿140,000–315,000 |
| ERP integration & customization | 25–50 | ฿175,000–350,000 |
| Custom web app / back-office system | 30–60 | ฿210,000–420,000 |
Ranges are planning assumptions, not market averages or guaranteed scope. Your exact price comes from the line-by-line man-day breakdown and is fixed before work starts.
Freelancer, larger agency, or one flat rate?
Compare who owns project management, QA, continuity, change control and handover—not headline price alone.
Freelancer / marketplace
- Scope and pricing can be flexible for a bounded task
- Confirm who owns project management, QA and integration
- Ask how continuity and backup coverage work
- Record source-code, account and documentation handover in writing
Larger agency / consultancy
- Dedicated roles and governance may suit complex programmes
- Confirm which discovery, account and specialist roles are included
- Compare change-control, approval and reporting layers
- Request the same deliverable and assumption breakdown from each bidder
iReadCustomer flat rate
- THB 7,000 per man-day, published and the same for every role
- Project management, QA and deployment included in the rate
- Fixed quote before work starts; changes require a scope change
- Team delivery with code review and documented handover
Software development pricing FAQ
Direct answers about the rate, inclusions, recurring costs, timeline and scope changes
How do you calculate the price of a project?
Estimated man-days × ฿7,000. We break your requirements into concrete deliverables, estimate the man-days for each (design, code, tests, PM, deployment), and send a line-by-line sheet. The total becomes a fixed quote you approve before any work starts.
What does the price include?
Everything needed to ship: requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing and QA, project management, deployment to production, documentation, and handover. There is no separate billing for meetings, in-scope fixes, or deployment.
Are there monthly or hidden fees?
No. The project price is one-time. Third-party infrastructure (hosting, domains, LLM API usage) is billed at cost to your own accounts, so you keep full ownership. Ongoing maintenance is an optional separate agreement — never a surprise line item.
How long does a project take?
Typical timelines: a landing page or corporate website takes 2–3 weeks, an AI chatbot 3–5 weeks, and a custom web app or back-office system 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Your fixed quote includes the delivery timeline.
How do we get started?
Book a free scoping call via the contact form. We turn your requirements into a man-day breakdown within a few days, you approve the fixed quote, and the project starts. No payment until the quote is approved.
Why use one flat rate instead of per-role pricing?
Different role rates can make proposals harder to compare unless every bidder uses the same role mix and assumptions. With one published rate, the man-day estimate is the primary variable: you can inspect, question and compare it line by line.
How much does a freelance programmer cost per day compared to a company?
Freelance day rates in Thailand vary widely with skill and availability, so we won't quote a market average. Compare per deliverable instead: with a freelancer, confirm who covers project management, QA, code review, and backup when they are unavailable. Our flat ฿7,000/man-day — about ฿875 per hour on an 8-hour day — already includes all of that, so quotes stay comparable line by line.
How much does it cost to hire a programmer for a project?
Project cost = estimated man-days × ฿7,000, with projects starting from ฿69,900. Planning examples from our published ranges: a landing page or corporate website runs 10–15 man-days (฿70,000–105,000), an AI chatbot 12–25 man-days (฿84,000–175,000), and a custom web app or back-office system 30–60 man-days (฿210,000–420,000). The exact figure is fixed in writing after a free scoping call.
What factors drive the price of custom software?
The rate never moves — the man-day count does. The main drivers are the number of screens and user roles, integrations with other systems, report and business-rule complexity, data migration from legacy systems or spreadsheets, and security or compliance requirements. Each adds estimable man-days to the line-by-line sheet, so you can see exactly which requirement costs what — and trim scope where it isn't worth it.
How should we budget for maintenance after launch?
Bugs in the delivered scope are fixed free under our standard 12-month warranty, so don't budget for fixing our mistakes. Enhancements after launch fall under an optional separate maintenance agreement billed at the same flat ฿7,000/man-day for the days actually used — no forced monthly retainer. Third-party infrastructure (hosting, domains, LLM API usage) is billed at cost to your own accounts. A practical approach: reserve a small block of man-days per quarter, then adjust to real usage after the first months.
