How do you calculate the price of a project?
Man-days × ฿7,990 (our starting rate). We split your project into pieces, count the days each needs for design, coding, testing, project management and go-live, and show you every line. The total is the price you approve before any work starts.
What does the price include?
Everything needed for a system you can actually use: talking through the requirements, design, coding, code review, testing, project management, go-live, a user guide and handover. Meetings, in-scope fixes and go-live are not billed separately.
Are there monthly or hidden fees?
No. The project is paid once. Outside costs like hosting, domains or AI usage are paid at cost through your own accounts, and the system is 100% yours. Ongoing maintenance is optional.
How long does a project take?
Usually 2–3 weeks for a corporate website, 3–5 weeks for an AI chatbot, and 6–12 weeks for a web app or back-office system, depending on scope. Your quote states the delivery date.
How do we get started?
Two ways: let the AI estimate the man-days from a spoken description right away, or book a free call through the contact form. We send a man-day breakdown within a few days, and work starts after you approve the price — no payment before that.
Why do you publish a day rate?
So you can compare quotes easily. Once you know the day rate, the only thing to check is how many days each piece takes — and you can check and question every line.
How does hiring a freelancer compare to a company?
Freelance rates in Thailand vary a lot with skill and availability, so we won’t guess a market average. Ask who manages the work, who tests it, who reviews the code, and who takes over if the main person is unavailable. Our rate, from ฿7,990 per man-day, already covers all of that.
How much does it cost to hire a programmer for a project?
Price = man-days × ฿7,990. Examples: a custom company website takes 3–5 man-days (฿23,970–39,950), an AI chatbot 10–18 man-days (฿79,900–143,820), and a web app or back-office system 15–35 man-days (฿119,850–279,650). The exact figure is confirmed in writing after we talk.
What makes the price go up or down?
The number of man-days. It depends on how many screens and types of users there are, which systems to connect, how complex the reports and business rules are, moving data from old systems or Excel, and security requirements. Each shows up as days in the breakdown, so you can see what each part costs and drop what isn’t worth it.
How should we budget for maintenance after launch?
Bugs in the delivered scope are fixed free under our 12-month warranty. Improvements or new features after launch are billed for the days actually used, from ฿7,990 per man-day, with no forced monthly fee. A practical approach: reserve a few man-days per quarter and adjust to real usage.
