The manual work your app takes over
Before: Taking orders by phone and LINE chat, then typing them in again
With the app: Orders land in your back office, with nothing to retype
Before: Sending reminders to customers one by one
With the app: The app reminds every customer before their visit
Before: Counting stamps on paper loyalty cards
With the app: Points land in the member account with every purchase

When an app is worth it
Customers come back often
They reorder, rebook or collect points every week.
You need to reach them directly
Tell them an order is ready or a reward is waiting, without buying ads.
You need the camera, GPS or scanning
Jobs a phone does better than a web page.
If none fit, start with a website A fast website costs less to start and can grow into an app later.

Questions before you build an app
Short answers in plain words
Can you build for iPhone and Android at the same time?
Yes. We use React Native or Flutter, so one codebase runs on iOS and Android and one change updates both.
Do we need an app, or is a website enough?
An app pays off when customers come back often, or when you need push notifications, the camera or GPS. If people only visit to read or ask, start with a website.
Can the app connect to the systems we already use?
Yes: POS, ERP, CRM and LINE OA. We check what each system allows on the first call.
How is the cost of an app decided?
By the number of screens, the back office and the systems it connects to. We agree the scope first and price it; our pricing page shows how. Store accounts and servers are paid straight to the providers.
Who looks after the app after launch?
We can handle fixes, updates for new iOS and Android versions, and new features, or hand the code and documents to your own team.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do. Developer accounts and data sit in your company’s name, and the source code is handed over after acceptance and payment as agreed.
