iReadCustomer is a DataTech startup and AI software house specializing in Data Analytics and Custom AI Agents. We are looking for an end-to-end B2B Growth & Performance Marketer to drive enterprise lead generation with a strict focus on execution and ROI.

What you’ll do

Execute & optimize B2B performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads.
Drive modern search strategies (SEO, AEO, GEO) to secure visibility on search engines and AI platforms.
Brief & collaborate with developers on technical SEO, schema, and full-funnel tracking (GTM, pixels).
Analyze data, build dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio), and present actionable strategy to management.

Compensation & perks

Base: up to 35,000 THB/month (by track record & execution speed).
Performance revenue: uncapped revenue share / commission tied directly to closed deals and revenue from your leads.

What we’re looking for

Self-driven: highly autonomous; execute independently, manage timelines, and deliver without micromanagement

B2B performance: proven track record in B2B acquisition, budget management, and CAC/ROAS optimization

Modern search: solid technical understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO frameworks

Tech communication: translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable technical briefs for developers
