Mentoring

Build your own system with AI with a mentor, all the way to real use

Mentoring means regular sessions over several weeks while you build your own product or system with AI. We help you plan, review your work, get unstuck, and get it into real use.

  • Your project is the brief
  • Regular sessions over weeks
  • Online or onsite

Tell us what you want to build and how far you have got.

Who it’s for

People who want to build it themselves, not alone

Founders, business owners and developers who already have something they want to build.

  • Startup founders

You have a product idea and want to build the first version yourself with AI before deciding to hire a team.

  • Business owners

You want a system your company will actually use, such as a back-office or team tool, and you want to understand what you build.

  • Developers

You already code, want to build with AI tools such as Claude Code, and want someone reviewing your work along the way.

  • Tech leads

You have architecture or tooling decisions to make and want a second pair of eyes.

How it works

From idea to real use

You build. We stay alongside you the whole way.

  1. 1

Talk about your project and goal

Tell us what you want to build, who will use it, how far you have got and where you are starting from.

  2. 2

    Plan the first scope

Agree on a concrete goal, choose the tools, split the work into stages and agree how often we meet.

  3. 3

    Build, then review together

Between sessions you build with AI. In sessions we go through your code, architecture and product decisions together, and clear whatever is blocking you.

  4. 4

Deploy and put it to use

Prepare the deployment, set up the servers or services it needs, and get the system in front of real users.

The number of weeks and how often we meet are agreed with you, based on the size of the project.

What we help with

What we work through in each session

The things that usually keep people stuck when they build alone.

  • Planning and breakdown

Turn the idea into small pieces of work you can actually finish, and decide what comes first.

  • Code review

Read the code you and the AI wrote, and point out what is risky or more complex than it needs to be.

  • Architecture and tools

Choose the database, services and structure that fit the size of the job.

  • Product decisions

Which features you need now, what can wait, and how people will actually use it.

  • Getting unstuck

The bug you cannot find, the error the AI keeps going round in circles on, the tool that will not set up.

  • Deploy and go live

Put the system online, set up the domain and services it needs, and get it ready before people start using it.

Mentoring or 1-on-1?

Mentoring or 1-on-1 training

Both give you one person working with you. The goal is what differs.

Mentoring

The goal is your own product or system, working for real. Regular sessions over several weeks, following what you build.

1-on-1 Training

The goal is a skill. Learn topics from our AI courses, such as Claude Code or AI automation, and practise on your own work.

Already have a project in mind?

Describe the idea to our AI tool first. It writes up the scope, which you can bring to your first session as a starting point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mentoring questions

Short answers in plain words.

How is mentoring different from 1-on-1 training?

1-on-1 training focuses on topics from our courses. Mentoring focuses on your own project: we meet regularly while you build, review your work and help you get unstuck until the system is in real use.

How often do we meet, and for how many weeks?

That depends on the size of your project and the time you have. We suggest a rhythm when we plan, and it can change along the way.

Do I need to know how to code?

You do not need to be a developer. AI coding tools such as Claude Code let people who do not code every day start building, and we pick a starting point that matches your level. You do need to be ready to build it yourself: mentoring helps you build, it does not build for you.

What if I want your team to build it for me?

That is a different service. If you want the system without building it yourself, see our software and AI development services. Mentoring suits people who want to build and understand their own system.

Online or onsite?

Both. Online over a video call with screen sharing, or onsite in Thailand. Tell us where you are when you get in touch and we will confirm.

Which tools or languages do you use?

We start from what you already use. If you have not chosen yet, we help you pick tools and services that fit the size of your project.

How do I get a quote?

Tell us what you want to build and how far you have got. We propose a session plan and always confirm the price with you before we start.
