SEO & AI Search workshop on your team’s real articles
One onsite day. In the morning your team learns how Google and AI search read an article; in the afternoon they rework their own articles in your CMS, and leave with a checklist for every article they publish.
- Onsite at your office
- Practice on real articles
- No SEO background needed
This course comes from a real training we ran for Thailand’s Department of Health.
Teams who write and run web content
No SEO, AEO or AI background needed.
Website administrators
You look after pages and site structure and want them easy to find and read.
Content writers and editors
You write articles, news or information pages and want more of them found.
PR and communications
You publish news and announcements and want Google and AI to summarise them correctly.
CMS administrators
You enter articles into the CMS and set titles, headings and links.
Understand in the morning, do it in the afternoon
Every principle taught before lunch is used again in the workshops after it.
- 1Morning
How Google and AI search read content
Compare a Google search with asking ChatGPT or Gemini, using real queries, and see where SEO and AEO differ.
- 2Morning
Use the searcher’s words
Sort queries by search intent, then practise turning in-house headings into the words people actually search.
- 3Morning
Answer-first article structure
Title, H1–H3, the opening paragraph, internal links and an AEO frame: question → answer → detail → conditions → related information → source. The trainer then takes a sample article apart to show where search or AI would struggle.
- 4Afternoon
Round 1: audit an article
Review a real article against the Search & AI Ready checklist.
- 5Afternoon
Round 2: rewrite it
Fix the title and headings, set the main question, write a short answer up front, then add a summary, FAQ, links and sources.
- 6Afternoon
Round 3: finish and check
Complete the article, compare before with after, and check it on desktop, mobile and Google.
Every round runs in your own CMS or on a test site, so no live content is changed by accident.
Tools your team keeps using
Not just slides: things you can use on the very next article.
A pre-publish checklist
An SEO + AEO + AI Ready checklist, so everyone reviews articles against the same standard.
A before/after sample article
At least one article your team reworked in the workshop, kept as a model.
A 13-part audit worksheet
From keywords, title and headings to asking an AI about the page and rewriting the introduction.
A way to check results on Google
How to check a page after publishing, with Search Console where you have access and the Rich Results Test where your site supports schema.
One onsite day, hands-on
Good to know before you book a date.
At your office
The trainer comes to you and the whole team learns together in one room.
One full day
The format we have run is 09:30–16:00: concepts in the morning, workshops in the afternoon.
On your own website
Practise on real articles in your CMS, or on a test site if you would rather not touch the live one.
What to prepare
A laptop per participant, CMS access, and the articles you want to improve.

Department of Health — Google Search & AI Search (AEO) Training

SEO workshop questions
Short answers in plain words.
Do we need an SEO background?
No. The course starts from how Google and AI search read content and builds up one step at a time. It suits content writers, PR staff and CMS administrators alike.
What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO helps a page get found and read in Google. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) structures content so it answers a question clearly up front, so AI search can summarise and cite it correctly. The workshop covers both together.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Nobody can guarantee rankings. The workshop teaches how to structure content so it is easier to understand, and is upfront that search results may not change right after publishing.
Can we practise on our own website?
Yes, and we recommend it. Participants rework real articles in your CMS, or on a test site if you would rather not touch the live one.
Can it run online?
The format we have run is one onsite day, because in the afternoon the whole room works in the CMS at once. If you need something different, tell us when you get in touch and we will talk about what is possible.
How do we get a quote?
Tell us how many people will join, their roles and which CMS you use. We plan the course and confirm the price with you before a date is booked.
