How does this calculator work out the value?

It multiplies the hours your team spends on a repetitive task by an hourly labour cost and by the share of that work AI can take over, subtracts the time people still spend reviewing, then subtracts the monthly running cost and the setup cost. Setup comes from the same starting prices as our pricing page, and every number can be changed in the assumptions panel.

Where do the default numbers come from?

The ฿250 hourly cost and the share of work AI takes over are starting assumptions, not statistics. The monthly running cost uses the one-workflow example from our AI automation cost guide. Replace them with your own figures.

What if the result says it isn’t worth it yet?
