Four studios on one account: Image, Video, Voice, Music

Organisation → Team → Passport; credits belong to the organisation
Organics AI Passport brings Image, Video, Voice and Music studios together on one account, running models from many leading providers. Users sign in with Google and spend one credit balance across every studio; the exact cost is shown before generating, and credits are returned automatically if a generation fails. Outputs land in a private gallery searchable by prompt, and organisations can share one credit pool across a team with per-person spend caps.
Organics wanted an AI content product of its own to offer businesses. A team that makes product shots, campaign visuals, voiceovers and music otherwise needs a separate account and bill for every AI tool, with no single view of what the team spends. The brief was one Google sign-in and one credit balance across image, video, voice and music models from many providers — with the exact cost shown before anything runs, nothing charged for work that fails, and Organics staff able to manage every account, credit balance and tier from one console.

Credits are money, so we designed the ledger before the screens: every credit movement is an entry in an append-only ledger, and the balance is always derived from it, never stored.
Pressing Generate reserves the exact cost at once. Each generation then settles or releases that reservation exactly once, so a failed job returns its credits and the balance can always be rebuilt from the ledger.
Every model is a catalogue entry carrying its credit price, its options and its provider routing. OpenRouter is the first provider behind a single adapter, video is priced per second at the chosen resolution, and admins can reprice or switch off a model from the console.
The web app runs on Next.js with Prisma and Postgres, and generations run on a pg-boss worker. Every output is copied into our own storage on DigitalOcean Spaces before a generation is marked succeeded, so users never depend on a provider’s temporary link.
Each Passport sits in a Team inside an Organisation, which holds the credits. Org owners and team managers invite people by email and set spend caps; work is private by default and shared across the organisation only by its owner.
Credits arrive as a monthly allowance, as codes minted by Organics staff, or by PromptPay transfer: the payer uploads the slip, a vision model reads it into a fixed schema, and rules approve it, refuse it or queue it for an admin. Card payments and subscriptions are built and stay switched off until live card charges are enabled.
Organics AI Passport is live with its Image, Video, Voice and Music studios, in Thai and English. A chat studio for leading LLMs is announced on the public page as coming next.
The panel shows the exact credit cost as options change, and a failed generation hands its credits back automatically.
Work lands in a private gallery, searchable by prompt and downloadable as the original file, and is shared with the organisation only when its owner chooses.
An organisation shares one credit balance, and owners or team managers cap what each person can draw from it.
Teams add credits by bank transfer with the slip read automatically, or redeem a code from Organics; any slip the system is unsure of goes to staff for review.
