An e-commerce store for custom Seiko "mod" watches. A configurator lets customers design their own timepiece across multiple style families inspired by iconic luxury designs.
Cronus Precision makes custom Seiko-mod watches: the buyer picks a case, dial, hands, bezel and bracelet, sometimes adds their own logo or name on the dial, and the watch is assembled to order. Agreeing a design like that over chat means describing each combination and pricing it by hand. The store had to let customers design the watch themselves, see it and its price change with every choice, and pay for exactly that configuration — while ready-made pieces are still sold from a normal catalogue.

We followed one customer from arriving at the store, through choosing a ready-made watch or designing their own, adding a logo or name to the dial and paying, to the moment the shop receives the order to build. The preview the customer sees, the price it shows and the order the shop gets always come from the same set of choices.
The storefront groups watches by design inspiration, labels each as ready to ship or pre-order, and switches between Thai and English. Customers who want their own design can start from seven design families.
Customers choose the case, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet and, on chronographs, the subdial hands. The watch updates instantly because each part is an image layered on the others, so the shop never has to photograph every combination.
Customers choose no logo or upload their own, then put a name on the dial and set its size, colour, font (including Thai faces such as TH Sarabun, Kanit and Prompt) and position. The total recalculates with every change.
On Buy Now, the design is combined into one watermarked image and carried to checkout with the model name and amount, and customers can download their design as an image. Checkout collects name, email, phone and a Thai-format shipping address, then offers card payment or a PromptPay QR with a slip upload.
Every order is saved with the watch image, the parts chosen and any dial artwork the customer uploaded. PromptPay orders wait as pending with the slip attached for the shop to check, and the back office lets the team add and edit products, manage categories, review orders and set the PromptPay number.
The store and its configurator are live at cronusprecision.shop.
Buyers pick parts across seven design families and see the watch and its price update immediately, without waiting for a chat reply.
Each order carries the watch image and the parts chosen, so the shop builds exactly what was designed.
Card payment or a PromptPay QR with a slip, with an order ID to follow up.
