Agilix is a football scouting platform that connects players with scouts and clubs, currently at prototype stage (the site links to it as “View Prototype”). Players sign up free, build a profile with a highlight reel and take a psychometric test; scouts search by position, region, age, rating and market value, keep favourites and unlock contact details with tokens. The site presents AI forecasting of player potential as the platform’s next stage.
Agilix sets out to put overlooked footballers in front of scouts and clubs. Talent outside the big leagues is hard to find, and a lower-division player is hard to compare with a top-flight one because each league’s data looks different. The first version had to let any player build a free, standardised profile, let scouts search, filter and shortlist, and record every player in the same shape whatever league they play in — the basis the site sets for comparing players.

We designed around two journeys: players come in to build a profile and prove their ability, and scouts come in to search and shortlist. Agilix’s promise, comparing a lower-division player fairly with a top-flight one, only works if every player is measured the same way, with the same attributes, league tiers and tests.
Players sign up with email or a Google account and choose their role, then fill in their profile step by step: photo, up to two positions, experience, nationality and a highlight reel.
Each player has a card with an overall rating and six attributes: pace, shooting, passing, dribbling, defending and physical. A 50-question psychometric test scores four indices, and skill assessments cover physical, game-reading and potential criteria. Completing the tests unlocks the full card and a verification badge.
The platform covers 123 leagues across six continents, each tiered from 1 to 5, with options for academy, amateur, semi-pro and free-agent players. A player’s estimated monthly value is worked out from league tier, age bracket and matches played, and the home page shows Thai League 1 and 2 club values based on Transfermarkt estimates.
Scouts add their organisation, experience, licence level and regions of expertise, then search with filters for position, region, age range, minimum rating and market value. They save searches for reuse, keep favourites and open a full profile with stats, highlight video, education and achievements. A player’s contact details are unlocked with platform tokens rather than shown to everyone.
Before registering, applicants scroll through the PDPA privacy policy and accept it, and the policy commits to deleting or anonymising their data within 90 days of account deletion.
Registration, player onboarding, the Player Hub and the scout workspace are working in the prototype the site links to as “View Prototype”. The AI that forecasts a player’s potential is described on the site as the next stage and is not part of this build yet.
Players build a profile with positions, career history, a highlight reel and an estimated monthly value, at no cost.
Layered filters, a favourites list and full profiles to review before deciding to make contact.
Six-attribute cards, league tiers and a four-index psychometric test put profiles from different leagues side by side.
Every registration starts with accepting a PDPA privacy policy.
