Receiving LINE messages, summarising and file handling, the core system, and the dashboard
NoteDo(c)g is an AI assistant for teams that work in LINE groups. Through a LINE Official Account it captures messages from the groups an organization approves, splits the chat into conversations, and when each one winds down the AI summarises the topics, decisions, action items and risks, quoting the source messages. Teams review everything in a dashboard where each organization has its own space and each person sees what their role allows, can ask the AI about one group or the whole organization, and receive weekly and monthly group reports.
Teams that run on LINE groups end up with decisions, assigned tasks and important files scattered across chats and buried under new messages; anyone who needs to know what was agreed has to scroll back and reread. The brief: a platform that captures conversations through a LINE Official Account and turns them into knowledge people can search and ask about — without changing how the team chats, and with each organization in control of which groups are recorded and who sees what.

We followed one conversation from the first message in a LINE group to a summary the team can search and ask about. Before building, we pinned down exactly what an organization, a group, a conversation, a summary and each kind of approval mean, and wrote the key decisions down, because when a system stores people’s conversations, consent and who sees what have to be settled from day one.
The team keeps chatting in LINE while the bot captures messages in the background. Until the organization approves a group, its messages are discarded, never stored. One LINE group can be recorded by several organizations, each with its own separate record; an organization that joins later needs approval from both the host organization and its own, and records only from that point on.
Receiving messages is kept separate from summarising and handling files. Each message is checked as genuinely from LINE and saved straight away, inside LINE’s time limit, before it is passed on for processing, so intake can grow without waiting on the summaries.
Messages are grouped into conversations that close when they go quiet or reach a set number of messages, checked every 10 minutes. The AI then summarises the context, key points, decisions with who made them and why, risks, action items with an owner and due date, and the conversation’s mood and urgency, each point quoting its source message.
The AI assistant answers questions about one group or the whole organization, from the conversations the user is allowed to see. Images, video, audio, PDFs and other files are kept too, and the dashboard works in Thai and English.
Access is split across five organization roles. Teams limit what a Guest can see (Guests are always read-only), and Team Managers look after their team’s people and groups. An activity log keeps a record to check back on, and each organization’s AI usage is counted against its plan.
The platform is live at notedocg.orglai.com, including Teams and several organizations recording the same group. The bilingual marketing site is built and waiting to go live on its own domain.
When a conversation goes quiet, a summary with decisions, tasks and owners appears in the dashboard, each point quoting its source message.
Ask the AI assistant about one group or the whole organization; answers come from conversations the user is allowed to see.
Each group’s report rolls many conversations into the topics and trends of the period.
Only approved groups are recorded, access is split across five roles, Teams limit what Guests see, and each organization’s data stays its own.
