Full-service: operations, marketing & revenue management
Thai copy with English service names
Operations, marketing, service standards, technology, guest experience and revenue management
Chiang Mai and Bangkok properties, each with its type and location
A single-page corporate site for a hotel-management company. It presents six service lines — operations, marketing, service standards, technology, guest experience and revenue management — alongside a portfolio of five managed properties in Chiang Mai and Bangkok and the firm’s Trip.com Group recognition. The copy is in Thai, with each service labelled by its English name.
Hotel D Management runs hotels on behalf of their owners, so what it sells is expertise an owner cannot touch. An owner needs to see which parts of the operation the firm takes on and which properties it already runs. The brief: bring the six service lines, the hotels under the firm’s care and its Trip.com Group recognition onto one page, with a look that fits a company positioning itself in luxury hotel management, and close with a form an owner can use to get in touch.

We laid the page out like a pitch to one hotel owner: who the firm is, which parts of the operation it takes on, which hotels it runs today, who has recognised it, and finally a form to get in touch. It all sits on one page that reads from top to bottom.
The page runs in order: an introduction to the firm, the service lines, a gallery of hotels, the portfolio, key figures, awards and the contact form, so an owner sees everything without clicking away. All of the content is prepared before anyone visits, and each section loads only its own animation.
The six services appear as cards, each pairing a Thai heading with its English name and written in terms hotel people already use: Front Office to Back of House, RevPAR and occupancy, five-star service standards, PMS and CRS, guest journey and revenue management. An owner sees straight away which parts of the operation the firm takes on.
Five properties in Chiang Mai and Bangkok appear twice: in a photo gallery that slides sideways as the visitor scrolls down, and in a list giving each one’s type, from boutique hotel to hostel, and its location.
Headings and content appear as the visitor scrolls, scrolling feels smooth, menu links glide to each section, and an opening screen and moving text bands mark the transitions.
The awards section shows the Strategic Management recognition from Trip.com Group with photos, and the closing form lets an owner pick the service they want from the same six lines.
The site is live at hotel-d.vercel.app. The enquiry form and contact section are on the page but are not yet connected to the company’s own mailbox and contact details.
An owner sees all six service lines, the properties under management and the recognition on one page, without clicking away.
Five properties with their type and location, and photos of the Trip.com Group recognition, follow straight after the service details.
The copy is in Thai, with each service carrying its English name and terms owners already use, such as RevPAR, PMS and CRS.
