Jinnie Care is a Thai platform that brings elderly-care services into one place, across 12 categories from nursing homes, care centres and caregivers to physiotherapy clinics, patient transport, hospital escorts and senior travel. Families search by category and province, compare listings on licence, rates and reviews, and send a booking request online for the Jinnie Care team to confirm. Health articles point to related services, and a shop section sells care products through LINE.
Families looking after an elderly parent in Thailand have to find care across many separate providers — nursing homes, care centres, caregivers, physiotherapy clinics, patient transport, hospital escorts — each with its own prices, licence and way of booking. Jinnie Care brings them into one platform. It had to let a family search by type of care and province, compare listings on licence, rates and reviews, and request a booking online, while giving providers a way to join and the Jinnie Care team a way to confirm each booking.

We followed one family from searching for care on Google, through comparing providers and sending a booking request, to coming back to write a review, while keeping the way in easy for providers. Families need to trust what a listing says, so every listing carries enough detail to compare, and every booking is confirmed by the Jinnie Care team.
Each listing page is titled from the provider’s name, category, province and starting price, and tells Google what type of service it is, such as a nursing home. The home page describes the site, the organisation and the FAQ, and the list of pages given to Google is built from the live service, article and product data.
Each listing holds its name in Thai and English, a description, licence number, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates, add-on services, hours, location, photos and video, and shows whether it takes bookings through Jinnie Care and whether its phone number is displayed.
Users sign up and verify their email before booking, then pick a single date or a range on a calendar that greys out full days, enter their details, review the total with add-ons and submit. Each request gets a booking number, appears under My Bookings, and is confirmed by the Jinnie Care team.
Ratings and reviews are written from My Bookings, once per service, so a listing shows feedback from people who actually booked it.
Health articles end with related services, the shop takes orders for care products through LINE, providers apply through a sign-up form, and the team manages listings, articles and products from a back office.
The platform is live at jinnicare.org: families search, compare and send booking requests online, and the Jinnie Care team confirms each booking.
Families search 12 categories of care by province instead of calling providers one by one.
Listings show the licence number, rate table, hours, location and reviews from people who booked.
Booking requests carry dates and add-ons, get a booking number and can be followed under My Bookings.
Each provider page has its own title, tells Google what type of service it is and is on the list of pages given to Google, so it can be found by name, category and province.
