Thai page introducing an AI chatbot service
Waitlist sign-up form and demo video
BualoiChat is in pre-launch: the site is a Thai page introducing an AI chatbot service for Thai SMEs that sell online, designed to answer customers on LINE Official Account and Facebook Messenger. It explains the features, a three-step setup, the packages and an FAQ, and every main button leads to a waitlist sign-up form.
BualoiChat is an AI chatbot service for Thai SMEs that sell online and field the same questions (prices, how to order, how to pay) over LINE and Facebook every day. Ahead of launch, the business needed a page that explains the service in Thai on a single page, shows that getting started is simple, answers the common objections, and collects interested sign-ups before launch.

The service had not launched, so this is a pre-launch page that walks a shop owner from what the service does to how to start, and ends at a waitlist sign-up.
The page runs from what the service does, through the channels it connects (LINE Official Account and Facebook Messenger), the main features, the setup steps and the packages, to the FAQ.
The page frames each feature as a concrete benefit: AI that answers more flexibly than bots that follow fixed rules, understanding of Thai context, product recommendations, mascot personas and analytics.
Setup is summed up in three steps: connect the LINE Official Account or Facebook Page, set replies from templates or write your own, and start taking orders. Next to it is a view of the product’s dashboard with chat history, interested customers and a question-and-answer table the shop fills in itself.
Every Join Waitlist button opens the sign-up form, the demo button opens a walkthrough video, links shared on LINE or Facebook show a preview image and a Thai description, and the page comes in light and dark themes.
The page is live with its waitlist form. The chatbot service itself is not yet open to the public, which is why every main button leads to the waitlist.
A shop owner learns what the service does, which channels it connects and what packages exist, on one page.
Join Waitlist sits in the menu bar, the hero, the packages and the closing section.
Six FAQs cover setup, price, what the bot answers, channels, cancelling and support.
Links shared in LINE or Facebook show a preview card with an image and a Thai description.
